Website, hosting and statistics
This static website is hosted by IONOS (IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany). IONOS processes technical connection data, including your IP address, to deliver the pages. Automatically generated web server log files are statistically analysed using IONOS WebAnalytics. The purposes are delivery, security, stability and technical optimisation; the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in reliable operation and improving the website.
According to IONOS, visitor data includes the referrer, requested page or file, browser type and version, operating system, device type, access time and anonymised IP address. IONOS states eight weeks of storage for Webhosting and no transfer of this visitor data to third countries; according to IONOS, WebAnalytics uses no cookies and anonymises the IP address immediately after transmission. These are IONOS product statements for Webhosting and WebAnalytics, not an additional retention period imposed by us.
The website sets no cookies or browser storage of its own; Google Analytics is not included. Images and audio are loaded from the same host. YouTube and Facebook are links only, not embeds; opening them takes you to the respective provider's privacy policy and website.
Enquiries
For email or telephone enquiries, we process contact details, the message and communication data to respond. The legal basis for contractual or pre-contractual enquiries is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in handling enquiries). Recipients are the people handling the enquiry and the email and telecommunications providers used to transmit and provide communications. We retain data as long as necessary to handle the enquiry, then delete it unless statutory retention obligations or necessary legal claims require otherwise. Providing information is voluntary; without necessary information we may be unable to respond.
Your rights
Subject to the legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability (Articles 15–20 GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time for the future without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Contact the controller or data protection officer above.
Objection: You may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation (Article 21 GDPR).
You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority, particularly where you live or work or where an alleged infringement occurred, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information North Rhine-Westphalia.
